This dress moves and stretches so well that measuring it has become a challenge as it might not make sense to the traditional clothing because of the flow of the over sized skirt. We used ties to help pull it back or pull it in the front depends on the mood. The hip size is extremely generous for that reason. The chest is very covered so the measurement is at the widest part measured with out stretch.
