This is a great dress for all occasions. It is a wonderful summer dress or easily layered for fall and winter. This is a flattering dress and made from a nice cotton lycra. Not too thick, not too thin. The layers and measurements allow for a fitted look without feeling clingy. The XXL is built for larger bust. The hip measurement is for the under layer the top layer is loose and unattached to hide or smooth any snug areas. The bottom is flirty and fun!
*** NOTE The Poly Teal Dress is super stretchy and you can easily add 3 inches to any size, the fabric is very super stretchy. I recommend going down a size and this color is not for the extremely petite.***
